Engagement
The FSP works closely with the Skills Funding Agency in both the East and West Midlands and with the regional development agencies AWM and EMDA to ensure that public funds for skills development are directed to the needs of financial services employers. For example, AWM has recently announced funding for Leadership and Management development which we are currently promoting to West Midlands employers. We work with the National Skills Academy for the financial services to ensure learning provision matches employers' needs.
