Thank you for the valuable input from all the training and education providers that took part in the forums and consultation for Stage 2: Assessing Education Supply and Capacity.

Alongside Stage 1 in which employers identified current and future skills needs, these two stages represent the most comprehensive research undertaken by the Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC) to date.

Reports on the findings from these two stages are available to download free or to purchase.

We've now completed Stage 3 which focused on prioritising the gaps and weaknesses in the sector drawn from the information you and employers gave us in Stage 1 and Stage 2. Through consultation this stage explores the possible solutions.

We're now in Stage 4 of the programme which engages with employers and partners to determine their involvement in delivering these solutions.

Continued input and support from training and education providers is crucial to help develop and implement the solutions that will deliver the skills priorities the industry has identified as we develop the final Sector Skills Agreement.
