Apprenticeships Workshops in England

It goes without saying that the key to a successful business is to build and sustain a highly skilled and motivated workforce. In partnership with financial services employers, the Financial Services Skills Council has recently developed new Apprenticeships to help employers achieve this and improve company profitability.

This comprehensive training solution includes knowledge, competence and soft skill components to enable new recruits to effectively undertake their roles to ensure customer service and support Training and Competence requirements.

Steven Poss, FSSC Education Manager and a member of the employer relationship team will be hosting a series of workshops specifically for key decision makers from financial services employers in London, Norwich, Manchester and Birmingham.  A short presentation will provide delegates with all the information companies need to make the most of this new business opportunity.

The greater part of the workshop will be an open discussion giving employers the opportunity to explore how they could use Apprenticeships within their businesses. There will also be a representative from the new National Skills Academy for Financial Services at each event to describe how the Skills Academy has already successfully helped an employer deliver one of the new Apprenticeships.
