Who are we?

ELBA is a business-led regeneration agency comprising over 100 City and Canary Wharf member companies.

ELBA works in partnership with key local stakeholders to bring the time, skills, influence and resources of the private sector to help build the capacity of local organisations and supports East London’s regeneration efforts.

Our Services

• ELBA manages a diverse range of community involvement programmes for its private sector member organisations: from mentoring GPs to providing pro-bono legal advice to local voluntary organisation and more.
• ELBA works towards getting local unemployed people into local jobs within its member companies. ELBA’s support spans customising local recruitment and training schemes for apprentices, graduates and the long-term unemployed.
• ELBA’s London Legacy 2020 programme sets out its ambitions for a lasting legacy from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games by focusing on sport, youth, culture and jobs & skills.
• ELBA co-ordinates a private sector voice to lobby for improved investment and infrastructure for East London.
