FSSC Accreditation of Training Excellence for Providers
Would you like to stand out from the crowd in the financial services industry?
Do you deliver quality training to your clients? Can you demonstrate how this provision adds real value to your business?
If so, our Accreditation of Training Excellence for Providers scheme can offer you the competitive edge you’re looking for.
The Training Quality Standard (TQS) was launched this year by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), its aim is to recognise the delivery of high quality employer responsive training.
The assessment framework is divided into two parts A & B. Our existing Accreditation of Training Excellent for Providers scheme is recognised by the LSC as being equivalent but not the same as a part B of the Training Quality Standard.
Providers that achieve both TQS part A and part B accreditation will receive beneficial treatment with regard to LSC sectoral funding.
Providers that achieve accreditation against the TQS part A and also possess our provider accreditation will also receive any benefit associated with achieving part A and B of the TQS until April 2009 at minimum.
‘Recognition by the FSSC with their Accreditation of Training Excellence acknowledges the high standards of FTC Kaplan’s training programmes and supports our expanding financial services training offerings. This accreditation comes at a time of heightened awareness at all levels of government and industry of the importance of professional skills to our economy.’
Peter Houillon Chief Executive FTC Kaplan
'It is clear from the recent CP07/04 that the FSA views the FSSC as an increasingly important partner in relation to the TC sourcebook under a principles based regime. This award is therefore a timely endorsement of the quality of services Eukleia can deliver to help clients preserve and improve the skills and competence of their employees.
Patrick Thompson Managing Director Eukleia
According to findings from our Sector Skills Agreement research, 59% of employers use external training providers. Why not enhance the competency and quality of your training by gaining FSSC Accreditation?
