FSSC Endorsement of ROI Certificates

What is the FSSC Endorsement of ROI Certificates Programme?
We’re currently working with abdi ltd (sole licence representative of the ROI Institute™ in the UK) to help firms evaluate the impact of their training investment on business outcomes.
The ROI methodology produces qualitative and quantitative (including financial) results that you can use to demonstrate the impact that training your employees can have on their job performance and on your business output.
Our aim is to endorse the award of ROI certificates for firms (and training providers) who can demonstrate that they build on the depth and breadth of their training excellence by using the ROI methodology.
ROI certification can be gained at an individual practitioner level.
Who is incorporating it into their way of evaluating training and development investments?
The ROI methodology is being endorsed and applied by practitioners from major employers and SMEs within the industry, for example Lloyds TSB, AXA Sun Life Plc, HSBC and Kleinwort Private Bank to name but a few .

How is the FSSC promoting the ROI Certificates?
We’ll be running a series of free tasters and fee-based two-day ROI Institute Competency Building Workshops across England in 2007. These events will be geared towards:

• performance consulting and OD specialists delivering to the financial services sector.
