| At the end of 2008 the Financial Services Skills Council carried out an independently conducted industry research programme to understand how we can best deliver value to our sector, within the context of our remit. |

This work has been undertaken as part of our commitment to ensuring we are truly serving our industry’s needs. The research took the form of 15 industry focus groups, across the four nations. We followed this up with an online questionnaire open to employers and other stakeholders. Here are the findings we promised to deliver once the research was concluded. Download full document (pdf) |
