Into Industry: Employee Volunteering
New entrants are the foundation for the future of the industry. We need to ensure that they understand the skills, attributes and qualifications that the industry requires. We have teamed up with Growing Ambitions to set up Into Industry, an employee volunteering scheme.
What is it?
Into Industry enables individuals from industry to register as a volunteer to visit schools, colleges and universities to deliver a 30 minute talk about their career. A school, college or university can then book the volunteer, using the online system, to deliver a talk to their students. All registrations, booking and evaluations occur online therefore making it a very quick and easy process!
